Came in couple days ago with my Chevy SUV and they had me wait a while, then was sort of rude, nothing but kids working here they have guns showing through there shirts and tried to over charge me if I buy there parts, and if u don't buy there parts and don't agree to there prices they get mad and slam doors of your vehicle and stuff, making people upset, I definitely don't trust them will never go again... If you don't pay or agree with there prices watch out, seems like they might take a part of your ls if they need it for another car and say u got to fix it .. very sketchy! , they also like to pretend that people don't kno anything .. people be aware!

I parked briefly near this property and my vehicle was booted within minutes. I had to pay $200 cash to have the boot removed and was not provided a receipt. The signs do mention private parking and booting, so be extremely careful parking here even for a short time. The experience felt very aggressive and stressful.

Do Not use McCoy Automotive! I called and made an appointment for 12/29/26 for a check engine light. It took them two weeks to look at it and said it was sensor. It took them another two week before I got it back on 2/3/26. I called at least once a week to find out of it was done and ever time they told me they were working on it. When I finally did pick it up (and paid for it) a month later they said they lost my phone number. On my drive home the check engine light came back on and clearly wasn't fixed. So don't use McCoy's Automotive!

I have been a loyal customer of McCoy Automotive and will continue to bring my vehicles there for service. The level of respect they show me, my cars and my wallet is unmatched compared to other shops in this area. The pricing is clear, their parts are quality, and their service is fast. If you are looking for honesty, quality and reliable service then I recommend this shop.

I was in there for brake pad replacement and tires replacement. The new owner was very courteous and helped me pick out the options in my budget. Very reasonably priced and did not try to overcharge or oversell me. Overall felt very trustable especially compared to other garages in the city. I was in and out within 2 hours. Highly recommend this garage.
